convenient location friendly staff delicious breakfast musty smell chipped bathtub
I enjoyed the convenience of the location inside the Medina. The staff were attentive to my needs. Breakfast offered a delicious selection of food and drinks.
The room had a musty smell when I first entered. I found some chips in the bathtub, which detracted from the experience.

the facility combines riad architecture with modern comforts. the staff are friendly and professional. the service is excellent. the pool is clean and heated moderately. the medina location is awesome.
the air conditioning didn't fully cool the room.

The staff greeted me warmly. I unexpectedly received an upgrade to a beautiful suite upon arrival (it made my day!). The suite was super clean. I also found treats left daily.
The rooftop pool was a bit chilly for swimming.

The staff handled my luggage immediately upon arrival. A beautiful lounge offered tea and sweets. The manager greeted me, a nice touch. My room service request received A quick and helpful response.
The rooftop closes too early , at 6pm. I wish it would remain open later to have the option of enjoying the sunset.
