I enjoyed the convenience of the location inside the Medina. The staff were attentive to my needs. Breakfast offered a delicious selection of food and drinks.
The room had a musty smell when I first entered. I found some chips in the bathtub, which detracted from the experience.

The staff greeted me warmly. I unexpectedly received an upgrade to a beautiful suite upon arrival (it made my day!). The suite was super clean. I also found treats left daily.
The rooftop pool was a bit chilly for swimming.

The staff handled my luggage immediately upon arrival. A beautiful lounge offered tea and sweets. The manager greeted me, a nice touch. My room service request received A quick and helpful response.
The rooftop closes too early , at 6pm. I wish it would remain open later to have the option of enjoying the sunset.
